Ex-WWE Star Believes They Were “Such A P*ssy” During Brock Lesnar Segment

Ex-WWE Star Believes They Were

A former WWE star does not have the fondest memories of their involvement in a notable Brock Lesnar segment.

Looking to show the fans that he was a dominant powerhouse from the outset, Lesnar made his main roster debut in 2002 when he interfered in a Hardcore Championship match. Laying waste to Al Snow, Maven and Spike Dudley, The Beast left a lasting impression with his assault.

Over the course of his career, the 150lb Spike Dudley was used multiple times to take devastating bumps as his small frame could be thrown around by other performers with ease. Looking back on some of the worst impacts of his in-ring career on Maven’s YouTube channel, the former Cruiserweight Champion admitted that he was supposed to take 5 powerbombs instead of the 3 that occurred on Raw, adding that he felt like “a p*ssy” for tapping out too soon:

“This was the only time I ever tapped out. This was supposed to be five powerbombs. I could only handle three. You’ll see him go down for the fourth one, and I say, ‘No, I can’t do it anymore.’ I’ve never tapped out. I thought I could do it, but my head was a mess. This is the only time I’ve ever felt like a pussy in the world of wrestling. I always hate watching this because I know it always makes the [highlight reels] Brock’s debut, and we’re on it for history, but I always look at it and cringe because I went, ‘I was such a pussy.'”

In a recent interview, Triple H addressed the current status of Brock Lesnar in regards to a potential return.

While there was no heat on Dudley for not taking 5 powerbombs, it was previously rumoured that another former wrestler and Lesnar had issues later on in The Beast’s career. Addressing the alleged heat with Brock Lesnar, the former WWE star set the record straight.
