Former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. suggested that Sami Zayn is actually the Head of the Table on SmackDown.

On the September 23rd edition of SmackDown, Sami Zayn officially became an ‘Honorary Uce’ and acknowledged the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. Zayn has made it crystal clear he wants to support The Bloodline and prove his worth to the family.

Many have praised the Zayn storyline, including wrestling legend Jim Cornette. There’s even someone who believes Zayn’s commitment to supporting the family makes him one of the best performers on the roster.

On the latest episode of Freddie Prinze Jr.’s “Wrestling with Freddie” podcast, the former WWE writer discussed the ‘Honorary Uce’ segment on SmackDown and compared Zayn’s role and performance in the story to some famous actors in Hollywood. Prinze Jr. believed Zayn might even be one notch above the Tribal Chief in terms of acting.

“No one will believe me when I say this, but Sami Zayn is the lead of ‘Friday Night SmackDown,’ he is, ” Prinze Jr. said. “He’s the Cary Grant of this movie; he’s the Clark Gable of this movie. Dare I say he’s the 90s Freddie Prinze Jr. of that movie.”

Prinze Jr. went on to call Zayn “the greatest performer in the world.” Since his acceptance into The Bloodline, the ‘Honorary Uce’ has teamed up with Solo Sikoa and claimed to be taking the former NXT North American Champion “under his wing.”

There’s no telling where this storyline will end up. Reigns is set to defend his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship against Logan Paul on November 5th at Crown Jewel. Perhaps Zayn may once again prove his worth to The Bloodline by helping Reigns out during the match.
