The Bunny has looked back on the positives of her time with AEW.

Allie – aka The Bunny – joined AEW back in March 2019, shortly after the promotion’s formation. During her four years with the company, Allie was known for acting as the manager of The Butcher and her husband, The Blade, as well as a brief stint as Brandi Rhodes’ tag partner in The Nightmare Sisters.

While Allie pursued the AEW Title multiple times, she was ultimately unsuccessful in holding any gold in the promotion. Her last match took place in September 2023 when she joined Taya Valkyrie and Anna Jay in a losing effort against Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, and Skye Blue.

In November 2023, it was announced that Allie and AEW had mutually agreed to part ways. Reflecting on her time as The Bunny at a virtual signing for Captain’s Corner, Allie said she felt “very blessed,”

“Obviously, I felt very blessed to sign with the company for sure. Especially just coming out of TNA. I don’t think I was out of TNA for longer than a month before I got the call and was signed to AEW. I know I’m one of the first girls signed to the company, along with Britt (Baker) and Penelope (Ford).”

Allie also looked back on all the people she got to work with in AEW, and the friendships she made while there.

“I have so many memories. It was really cool for me when the first time I was there for — I believe it was Double or Nothing. I was doing commentary with J.R., and it was like my first time debuting kind of thing.

“But I walked into the building and a whole bunch of the crew that I worked with in TNA was there and I was so happy to see them. I was so happy to know that I got to work with them again, and these are people… I love them. So it was amazing to see them all there.

“Like Dark Order, I’ve worked with them on the indies, I’ve known them for years. Seeing their success, and one of the things that is probably most special to me is becoming best friends with Penelope.

“We just hit it off at a time when we both really needed a friend and I walked away from that company with someone that (I’ll have as a friend) for the rest of my life so, I don’t know. There were a lot of really cool things but I think the relationships are really — for me anyway — what stands out the most and obviously, yeah, the traveling, the wrestling is really cool but, who you spend the most time with when you’re traveling and who you get to work with is very special. I was really lucky to work with some really awesome people so, yeah.

“I could go on and on about our crew. The crew is just the best. I miss the crew and I miss the people most. I was a lucky girl. I became really good friends with Scorpio Sky. I would’ve never probably been friends with him had I not gotten signed. We got super close and he’s still one of my good friends.

“So yeah… I feel lucky that I was there from the beginning, but I feel even luckier and blessed that I got to meet so many amazing people and become friends with them so, yeah.”

While taking a break from wrestling for the time being, Allie has launched an adult content site as well as taking part in conventions and signings.
