WWE will reveal who will be competing in the King & Queen of the Ring tournaments in a matter of days.
Returning for the first time since 2021, a new King and Queen of the Ring will be crowned. The finals of the tournament will take place in Saudi Arabia on May 26th at the Premium Live Event of the same name.
Although reigning King Xavier Woods, Drew McIntyre and Gunther have all declared for the tournament, it is unknown who else will be competing for the accolade in either tournament. According to a new report by WrestleVotes, the brackets will be revealed during Backlash and the following episode of Raw:
I’m told the King of the Ring / Queen of the Ring brackets will be revealed throughout the weekend. The RAW side will be revealed during tomorrow’s Backlash PLE while the SD side will be revealed during this Mondays RAW.
The reigning Queen of the Ring is Zelina Vega, who has yet to declare for the 2024 tournament.
As reported, the first-round matches were announced at WWE Backlash and include some huge bouts.
Top WWE Star Signs New Deal
As 2024 rolls on, more and more top WWE stars have confirmed that they will be remaining with the company, with many reportedly signing “big money, multi-year” deals. Along with Drew McIntyre, Finn Balor and Damian Priest all signing new deals, Seth Rollins has also committed to WWE for the foreseeable future.
