Ember Moon Declares War On Team LeRae
Ember Moon has officially joined Team Shotzi for the WarGames Match against Team LeRae at NXT TakeOver: WarGames on December 6.
During a special video shot with the sole intention of adding ‘The War Goddess’ to Blackheart’s cause, Moon is seen approaching the twisted talent in a work shop.
As Shotzi attempts to repair her broken tank, which was decimated by LeRae in an act of revenge for being cost the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Halloween Havoc, Moon supplies her friend with spare parts and declares she will stand with her inside the hellish structure.
Ember Moon has had her own problems with several members of Team LeRae since her return to the ring. Not only has she gone one-on-one with Dakota Kai on several occasions, coming out on the short end thanks to Raquel Gonzalez, but on November 25 she suffered a devastating betrayal.
Locked in an intense battle with ‘The Poison Pixie’, Moon was joined at ringside by Toni Storm who turned on her friend and cost her the bout in question.
Not only is a Toni Storm heel turn a welcome addition, but the thought of Storm vs. Moon in singles competition following December 6 should be enough to whet anyone’s whistle.
So far, only Blackheart and Moon have been announced for the babyface faction this coming Sunday. Though with the WarGames go-home show coming around on December 2, it is fully expected both Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai will be added to to the equation.
