A number of top stars including Edge and Cody Rhodes have been added to the latest advertising for UK stadium show Clash at the Castle.

On September 3rd, WWE will be returning to the United Kingdom for a major stadium show for the first time in three decades. The show in Cardiff, Wales, will be the first that the company have hosted a main roster pay-per-view across the pond of any kind since 2003.

While there are yet to be any matches confirmed for the event, with the show four months away, a new poster has offered a glimpse at who will be appearing at the event.

The new advertising sees Drew McIntyre front and centre with Roman Reigns alongside side him. McIntyre is holding a sword, which features the faces of Edge, Seth Rollins, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch and Cody Rhodes.

Despite Clash at the Castle being a number of months away, speculation regarding the show’s main event is already mounting. Much of the rumour and innuendo is centred around a potential showdown between Drew McIntyre and heavyweight boxing star Tyson Fury.

After out-classing Dillian White at Wembley in April, to retain his WBC Heavyweight Championship and remain undefeated, Tyson Fury announced his intention to retire from boxing. While the validity of the retirement claims will only be proven over time, the announcement came after Fury said in March that he intends to return to WWE.

Furthermore, the two men have been trading shots on social media and in interviews for the past two years.

Interestingly, McIntyre has also been open about his desire to face Reigns at Clash at the Castle. Speaking shortly after the announcement of the UK stadium show, the Scottish Warrior said that as the champion, Reigns was his main target.
