A pair of ECW legends loved to play tricks on none other than Dave Meltzer.
ECW legends, Rob Van Dam and Sabu are two of the most electric professional wrestlers in the history of Extreme Championship Wrestling.
Sabu took to Twitter to respond to a fan and the former ECW World Champion explained how he would fake botches in order to mess with fans and media alike:
“some of them “botches” was a work,” Sabu claimed.
RVD took it a step further to note that the pair would love to mess with Dave Meltzer in particular:

RVD most recently wrestled during F1RST Wrestling’s Saturday Night Nitro event on 9/10, where he teamed up with a top AEW star.
Meanwhile, Sabu hasn’t competed since July 2021, where he defeated Mr. California at XWW: Baptized In Blood.
