Early WWE WrestleMania 41 Plans For Charlotte Flair

Early WWE WrestleMania 41 Plans For Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair is expected to be part of a major match at WrestleMania once again.

Flair continues to prepare for a return to the ring after suffering a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus in late 2023 during a match on SmackDown. Due to the severity of the injury, the 14-time Women’s Champion missed WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia along with a whole year of major events. Expected to be back around the end of 2024 to early 2025, Flair could win her next championship in Las Vegas.

Speaking on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass Q and A show, WrestleVotes was asked if Jade Cargill vs. Bianca Belair was on the cards for WrestleMania 41. While that match could not be confirmed, plans are already in place for Flair to be in the top women’s match at The Show of Shows:

“Another WrestleMania question, that’s a good one. I haven’t heard too much…about potential women’s matches at WrestleMania. I do know that Charlotte Flair is going to be in the fold and at the top of any women’s wrestling card that they present for WrestleMania.”

Flair was a major part of WrestleManias 38 and 39 with matches against Ronda Rousey and Rhea Ripley at the respective events. At the time of writing, there has been no indication as to when Flair will be making her return to action.

Charlotte Flair Opens Up About Recent Injury

Due to the severity of the injury, this has been the longest amount of time that the former Women’s Champion has been away from the ring. During a recent interview, Charlotte Flair spoke more about her injury and how it severely affected her mental health.
