WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre wants to wrestle The Undertaker and has even asked WWE boss, Vince McMahon to convince the ‘Deadman’ to make it happen.
In an interview with Mike Jones on Washington radio station DC101, McIntyre was asked whether he wanted a WrestleMania match with the ‘Phenom’ and explained:
“In his Last Ride documentary on the WWE Network, he [The Undertaker] said he will always come when Vince McMahon calls. So, every single week, I prod Vince McMahon to ”make the call, make the call!”
McIntyre last squared off with The Undertaker in a tag team encounter at 2019’s Extreme Rules event. McIntyre teamed with Shane McMahon in a losing effort against the ‘Deadman’ and Roman Reigns.
Now, McIntyre, who has defeated a who’s who of WWE legends in 2020, including Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton and others, now wants to add the ‘Phenom’ to the list.
McIntyre and ‘Taker were originally scheduled to clash at WrestleMania 26 a decade ago as revealed by BT Sport on Twitter, earlier this year.

Perhaps, that big singles encounter could finally take place next year at WrestleMania 37. That’s if McMahon can persuade the ‘Deadman’ to come out of retirement for one final bout.
