Drew McIntyre has been paying close attention to the recent revamp of NXT 2.0 and the ‘Scottish Warrior’ has already taken notice of certain up-and-coming Superstars.

NXT recently relaunched as NXT 2.0 and a slew of new wrestlers made their debut appearances on the first show of the new era, including Bron Breakker, Von Wagner, and the Creed Brothers.

Speaking to Inside The Ropes’ own Kenny McIntosh ahead of WWE Live in Glasgow, Drew McIntyre spoke about the new crop of NXT talent and discussed who caught his eye.

“Yeah, I was watching the first show and live tweeting along as I was paying close attention and was curious how the new format would look, and I saw some talents that really caught my eye… Steiner’s kid, Bron Breakker, he caught my attention right away. He was like clearly an athlete of a high level. He looks great. Talks like his uncle, which is awesome. I see a big future for him if he stays on the right path, keeps working hard like he’s clearly doing. And the Creed Brothers, they certainly got my attention as well. So, yeah, I’m excited to see what the future holds for NXT and potential future opponents and WrestleMania main eventers.”

During the same interview, Drew Mcintyre also gave advice to the new stars of NXT, saying they should “be patient” and make the most of their time in the developmental brand.
