Drew McIntyre has apologized to CM Punk.
Since Royal Rumble 2024 last year, McIntyre and Punk have been involved in a long, heated feud. With their rivalry spanning months, the two finally culminated their animosity at Bad Blood in an extremely violent Hell in a Cell match.
The match resulted in McIntyre requiring several staples to his head and a long hiatus. However, now back on the roster again, The Scottish Psychopath is hunting down Roman Reigns’ allies. Recently appearing with Sheamus on an episode of Hot Ones Versus, McIntyre issued an apology to Punk, in a sarcastic way.
When asked to share his honest feelings about Punk or eat a hot wing, McIntyre decided to spill the beans. The former Champion hogged the credit for earning The Second City Saint his lucrative WWE contract and erasing all of his negative publicity.
“Punk, I’m so sorry that I raised your profile and helped erase a massive amount of negative publicity you had. I lifted you up constantly and earned you the biggest contract of your entire life, you f***ing p***k.”

Not impressed with his statements, The Celtic Warrior compelled McIntyre to eat a spicy wing despite him opening up.
Drew McIntyre Once Issued A Rare Praise To CM Punk
A few days ago, speaking to the Daily Mail, Drew McIntyre reflected on his rivalry with CM Punk and heaped praises on the former AEW World Champion.
“As much as we have certain feelings towards each other, we both are aware we’ve got certain magic with each other. It’s a tale as old as time. The more people have a genuine disdain for each other, people can truly feel it. And if you’re actually good at your job, like we are, it does create magic. And the whole process was magic, and the cell itself was a match that we talked about forever.”
