The Undertaker, accompanied by Paul Bearer, appeared on the very first edition of Monday Night Raw on 11th January 1993, taking less than three minutes to defeat Damien Demento in a one sided encounter at the Manhattan Center in New York City.
Shawn Michaels also appeared on that inaugural show, retaining his WWE Intercontinental Championship against the colourful Max Moon, and the Heartbreak Kid will also return for the 30th Anniversary show.
The legends will appear alongside a packed card that will include the trial of Sami Zayn, which is set to feature multiple generations of The Bloodline.
Elsewhere on the show, Austin Theory will defend his WWE United States Championship against Bobby Lashley, who recently revealed he wants to reform popular faction The Hurt Business.
The Uso’s will defend their WWE Raw Tag Team Titles against The Judgment Day, whilst Becky Lynch and Bailey will meet in a highly anticipated steel cage match.
The January 23rd edition of the WWE’s flagship show also serves as the go-home Raw ahead of next Saturday night’s Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, set to take place inside San Antonio’s historic Alamodome.
