Dexter Lumis Removed From Raw By Police

Former NXT Superstar Dexter Lumis made a surprise appearance on Raw before being carried out by police officers!

The August 8th episode of Monday Night Raw was full of twists and turns. Not only was Ezekiel stretchered out of the arena following a brutal attack by Kevin Owens, but Dominik Mysterio was also viciously attacked backstage by Rhea Ripley.

However, fans noticed something amiss in the parking lot throughout the show. As Kevin Patrick interviewed Kevin Owens about his attack on Ezekiel, Nikki ASH and Doudrop could be seen in the background standing near a car that appeared to have crashed into a parking garage structure.

Later on in the episode, as Asuka and Alexa Bliss were confronted by Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY, police officers who’d presumably been investigating the scene ran past the women, seemingly in pursuit of a suspect after receiving some information.

The main event of the show saw AJ Styles take on The Miz in a no disqualification match after they’d brawled earlier in the night. Despite interference from Ciampa, Styles was able to defeat The Miz. As he was celebrating his victory, commotion could be seen in the crowd, and it was revealed that police officers were carrying released NXT Superstar Dexter Lumis out of the arena.

Lumis’ appearance was mentioned briefly on Raw Talk, but no further information was provided about why he was there or why the police officers were removing him from the arena.

Earlier today, a report from Fightful Select confirmed that WWE officials had mentioned Dexter Lumis as a person of interest to return to the company, but his appearance on tonight’s episode of Raw came as a surprise.

Dexter Lumis was released from WWE on April 29th alongside Dakota Kai, who also recently made a surprise return to the company when she aligned herself with Bayley at SummerSlam.
