As rumours continue to link Bray Wyatt with a return to the ring, his asking price for a return is said to be “very high.”
From the moment that Bray Wyatt left WWE back in July 2021, fans have been calling for the former Universal Champion to make the switch to AEW. Although, as the months have passed, it has been suggested that Wyatt could even make a return to WWE.
However, one stumbling block regarding a return to wrestling could be the money that Wyatt commands as a former World Champion.
During an exchange on social media regarding AEW and WWE being interested in each other’s performers, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer was asked about Wyatt. While Meltzer didn’t go into detail, he did note that Wyatt’s asking price is “very high.”
The conversation began after it was reported that WWE hold an interest in re-signing FTR.

The comments come after Bray Wyatt confirmed that he isn’t done with wrestling during a recent appearance at WrestleCon during WrestleMania weekend. Wyatt wrote how he had missed the energy of WrestleMania week and had missed his fans, and during a short Q&A confirmed that he plans to wrestle again.
During an appearance of his own at WrestleMania Axxess, The Undertaker advocated for Wyatt’s return to WWE. The WWE Hall of Famer said that the former leader of the Wyatt Family was a “phenomenal talent” and has a lot to offer the industry.
Windham Rotunda, better known as Bray Wyatt hasn’t wrestled inside a WWE ring since WrestleMania 37 where he was defeated by Randy Orton. The very next night on Monday Night Raw, Wyatt appeared in a Firefly Funhouse segment where he hinted that change was coming.
However, the popular star wouldn’t appear on WWE television again before being released on July 31st.
