Dax Harwood Wanted Top WWE Tag Team To Sign With AEW

FTR Dax Harwood

Imagine the WWE landscape if The Bloodline did not exist.

While the faction consisting of Roman Reigns, The Usos, Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman have become the biggest talking point in wrestling, if one AEW wrestler’s wish was granted, this would not have happened.

Dax Harwood Wants To See Tag Team Match Between Top AEW and WWE Teams

Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler were known as The Revival in WWE before becoming FTR in AEW. While the in-ring chemistry between both teams is frequently well received by wrestling fans, the build-ups have faced heavy criticism.

One infamous series of angles to build to a Revival vs. Usos match would see the current Tag Team Champions play a series of pranks on the former holders of the tag titles. Most notably, Jimmy and Jey Uso would secretly film Dash Wilder [Cash Wheeler] shaving the back of Scott Dawson [Dax Harwood].

While The Usos have faced off against the best tag teams to sign with the company in the past 10 years, they have never partaken in a Superkick Party with another team synonymous with the move, The Young Bucks.

Speaking on the FTR Podcast, Dax Harwood expressed his desire to have Jimmy and Jey join All Elite Wrestling, with the potential dream match being one of the biggest factors:

“It was exciting to us before they re-signed, thinking that maybe they would follow us to what became AEW or whatever. Because if we went to AEW, and AEW had The Young Bucks, had The Usos, and had us, that would have been the three top tag teams in the world being able to finally work together and being able to finally, without any kind of training wheels on we’d be able to go full bore, and it was an exciting time for me.”
