Dax Harwood Says He Is Unsatisfied With Current AEW Career

Dax Harwood in the ring

AEW star Dax Harwood has admitted that he is not satisfied with how his AEW career has panned out so far.

Dax Harwood and his FTR partner Cash Wheeler joined AEW to much fanfare on the May 27th, 2020 episode of Dynamite.

At first, the two aligned themselves with The Young Bucks, helping them in their feud with The Butcher and The Blade. In the months that followed, the two scored victories over the likes of the Lucha Brothers and SCU.

On August 12th, FTR aligned themselves with Tully Blanchard after attacking The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, establishing themselves as heels. Soon after the turn, they defeated The Natural Nightmares, Best Friends and The Young Bucks in a Tag Team Gauntlet Match to become the Number 1 Contenders to Hangman Adam Page and Kenny Omega’s AEW Tag Team Championships.

At that year’s All Out, they overcame Omega and Page to become the Tag Team Champions. They reigned for 63 days before losing the titles to The Young Bucks at Full Gear.

Since then, the duo have also won the AAA Tag Team Championships from the Lucha Brothers, a reign that is currently ongoing.

FTR were also founding members of MJF’s faction, The Pinnacle, and helped the group attack the Inner Circle in March 2021. As part of the group, they have continued their winning ways although have been unable to capture AEW tag gold since their first reign.

Now, answering a fan question on Twitter, Dax Harwood has revealed that he is not satisfied with his how his AEW career has gone so far, although he did not get into specifics and wanted to move on from the question.

“No. Ok. Back to normal Twitter shit. Thanks y’all!”

FTR were most recently in action as part of the Casino Tag Team Battle Royale held on the March 2nd edition of Dynamite. Unfortunately, the duo came up short and the chaotic match was won by The Young Bucks, who are now once again the Number 1 Contenders to the tag titles.
