The series was created by Evan Husney and Jason Eisener and first aired in 2019. Fans have praised the series for exploring topics that are not as widely known among wrestling fans and shining a new light on topics that fans seemingly knew all the details of. The show has been previously criticised by WWE Executive Bruce Prichard, who claimed that there are multiple inaccuracies when recalling the events that took place.
