Danhausen Puts Out Very Nice, Very Evil GoFundMe Following Injury

Ring Of Honor star Danhausen has had a GoFundMe set up following an injury in the ring where he suffered a broken fibula and tibia.

The face-painted star suffered the injury at an NGW show in Knoxville, Tennessee where he teamed with Warhorse as their tag team Warhausen. On the same show former MLW star Mance Warner also suffered an injury with his match against former WWE Superstar Fandango – now known as Dirty Dango – going to a no contest.

The Go Fund Me has been set up by V Swann and Lauren Jiles to benefit Danhausen with the information stating:

“Danhausen has dedicated his life to bringing joy and laughter through the art of wrestling. As a wrestler he gives his entire heart and soul to his craft, peers, and fans. Last week on Halloween while wrestling at NGW in Knoxville, TN he had suffered a double fracture to his left leg during a match breaking his Tibia and Fibia.”
“On top of the initial hospital bills, surgery, hospital stays, and rehabilitation; Danhausen will have to hire an assistant to aid him while he fulfills his scheduled appearance commitments.”
“While he is able to do his signings, he will be unable to wrestle which makes up the majority of his income. In addition to the nature of the injury, he must do treatments, surgery , and rehab in the United States and will be unable to travel back to his home in Canada to his wife and step-daughter for the upcoming months. This news has been absolutely devastating to Danhausen and his family and your help is greatly appreciated.”
AEW star Cody Rhodes is listed as one of the contributors to the fundraiser, with Matt Cardona also donating. Jim Cornette’s podcast partner Brian Last has given generously as has ProWrestlingTees’ Ryan Barkan.
The latest update on the GoFundMe provided by Danhausen indicates that surgery has been done and the page will be staying up longer for people who still want to contribute:
“Hello Danhausen here, surgery is done and cannot thank you enough for all the support! We hit the goal which was just a low estimate of the costs because I haven’t even gotten the anasteshia (sic) bill yet whatever else they add like Pt or the bill from Tennessee where it happened! So we are going to leave it up a bit longer to ensure it takes care of. Thank you again.”
To make a very nice, very evil donation to help Danhausen following his injury, the GoFundMe can be found here. Danhausen also has a wide variety of merchandise available at ProWrestlingTees and Danhausen can also be found on Cameo.

Everyone at Inside The Ropes sends their best wishes for a speedy recovery to Danhausen and can’t wait to see him back in the ringhausen.
