Danhausen Set To Make In-Ring Debut On AEW Dynamite

Danhausen Tony Nese

Danhausen is set to make his very nice, very evil in-ring debut against Tony Nese on AEW Dynamite!

In recent weeks, Danhausen has been going back and forth with Team Taz member Hook on AEW Rampage. While the star’s curses have worked on nearly everyone else in AEW, it seems that Hook is immune, and the crowd’s recent chants of “Hookhausen” indicate that the AEW audience wants the two to align.

Danhausen also seems to think that’s a good idea, as on the most recent episode of Rampage, he asked Hook to be in his corner for his in-ring debut against Tony Nese the following week.

However, AEW President Tony Khan took to social media and revealed that instead of taking place on Rampage as expected, the bout between Danhausen and Tony Nese will instead happen on the May 11th episode of AEW Dynamite on Nese’s home turf of Long Island, NY.

“The much-anticipated in-ring debut of the very nice/very evil @DanhausenAD is set for TOMORROW vs #PremierAthlete @TonyNese LIVE on #AEWDynamite! Will Nese be a hometown hero on Long Island, or will Danhausen curse him? Don’t miss Dynamite on @TBSNetwork tomorrow @ 8pm ET/7pm CT!”

AEW Dynamite is also set to feature a contract signing between MJF and Wardlow for their upcoming match at Double or Nothing. CM Punk is set to face John Silver on the episode, and Jeff Hardy will face Darby Allin in the first round of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
