Damian Priest WWE Chronicle Reportedly Premiering March 14th

Damian Priest has his own episode of the WWE documentary series Chronicle set to air on Sunday, March 14th on the WWE Network.

The former NXT North American Champion has had a prominent role on television since making his main roster debut at the Royal Rumble in January. Being paired with current 24/7 Champion and rap superstar Bad Bunny, the two have taken issue with The Miz and John Morrison in recent weeks.

Priest would defeat The Miz in his debut match on Raw the night after the Royal Rumble. Since then Priest is undefeated on the red brand and holds victories over Angel Garza and Elias.

Damian Priest made his NXT debut in November 2018, working on live events under his previous persona of Punishment Martinez. He would make his NXT television debut as Damien Priest in June 2019. In August of 2020, Priest would win his only championship on the black and gold brand. Winning the vacant NXT North American Title in a 5-man ladder match at NXT TakeOver: XXX. Priest would hold the title for two months before losing it in a Devil’s Playground match to Johnny Gargano at NXT’s Halloween Havoc.

WWE Chronicle has covered a variety of WWE Superstars as part of their documentaries. Wrestlers such as Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, Goldberg, and Paige have all had their own stories covered in the series. Most recently, WWE Chronicle covered Bianca Belair following her historic Royal Rumble victory.

Other programming announced for March includes the recently released ‘Goldberg At 54′ documentary. Along with ‘Heaven’ – the WWE produced documentary following teenage amateur wrestling sensation Heaven Fitch. ‘Meeting Stone Cold’ a documentary about WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin will also premiere during the month.
