Damian Priest got so worked up on the latest edition of Raw that he began declaring himself as the winner of matches that he isn’t even entered in.
Edge and Beth Phoenix opened the show by addressing the ongoing war with the Judgment Day. The two sides most recently came to blows 48 hours after brawling at the Royal Rumble.
The Rated R Superstar actually founded Judgment Day before being unceremoniously kicked out of the group. Since then, the violence has pulled in Beth Phoenix creating an incredible personal feud.
On Raw Edge said he took the blame for creating the faction, but his plan actually worked as everyone who entered the group is now better off. Phoenix was much more fired up and said she had come to Orlando for a fight. This brought out Judgment Day who were quick to hit back at the couple.
Damian Priest Laughs Off Raw Botch
During the exchange, Damain Priest said that he was set to qualify for Money In The Bank, before quickly correcting himself. He of course meant Elimination Chamber. Priest joked that he was so worked up by Edge that he couldn’t talk properly.
Taking to social media after the show, the former United States Champion said that he now needs to win Money In The Bank too.

The back-and-forth promo battle led to a match being confirmed between Rhea Ripley and Finn Balor, and Beth Phoenix and Edge for Elimination Chamber. Unsurprisingly, this led to a massive brawl which saw Phoenix hit a Glam-Slam on Dominik.
After the brawl, Damian Priest went on to win an Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Angelo Dawkins. The win meant that he will now challenge Austin Theory for the United States Title alongside Johnny Gargano, Bronson Reed, Seth Rollins, and Montez Ford.
