Following a star-making performance at the Royal Rumble to cap off an incredible 2020 in NXT, former North American Champion Damian Priest debuted on RAW to outstanding effect.
The Archer of Infamy hit the bulls-eye on the red brand with an incredible all-round performance to instantly endear himself to the WWE Universe, aligning with world-renowned rapper Bad Bunny – who also made the most of his Royal Rumble appearance – to give Miz and John Morrison their comeuppance. Later in the show, Edge would also commend Priest on his performance.
Priest would feature in a backstage segment with Bad Bunny before Spotify’s most listened to artist in 2020 was a guest on Miz TV. However, Bad Bunny would even up the odds by introducing The Archer of Infamy before an impromptu match was made. Priest would take on former WWE Champion The Miz, and emerge victorious on his RAW debut after making a monumental statement by pinning The A-Lister.

Following an outstanding Royal Rumble showing from Priest, the former NXT man would garner praise from WWE legend Kane.
“He’s got a ton of potential. I mean, it stinks because I would have liked to be in the match longer. But he’s [Priest] going to be an impact player in WWE. I think you’re going to see a lot more moments like that from him in the future.”
