A current champion in WWE spoke about the importance of keeping boundaries between wrestlers and fans.

Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair is grateful for the interactions she shares with her fans, but she also wants it to be clear that there is a time and place to approach WWE Superstars.

Recently, a fan approached Belair hoping for a picture together when she was driving and had stopped at a stoplight. Understandably, the star declined.

Speaking to Nick Hausman of WrestlingInc, the EST of WWE opened up about the experience and reiterated that while she always tries to “stay behind and sign as many autographs and take as many pictures as possible” to accommodate fans, approaching her while driving is unsafe and a violation of boundaries.

“I mean, I love my fans. I love all the love and all the support that they give me … But when we are outside of the WWE wrestling space, or at night time especially, I know it might seem like it’s fun, all in the name of fun, but there’s boundaries. And I want you guys to be safe, and I want to be safe at the same time too.”

While Bianca Belair was not alone during this particular incident because the Street Profits were with her, she makes it clear that this isn’t always the case, and that she wants to keep boundaries in place to keep both herself and her fans safe.

“So sometimes I am traveling alone, sometimes I am with my husband, sometimes I am with my kids. We just have to have boundaries to keep everyone safe.”

On the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Bianca Belair teamed with SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan to successfully defeat Carmella and Natalya in tag team action.
