A WWE Champion is a fan of former Superstar Isla Dawn.
On February 8th, 2025, Dawn was a name on an unfortunate list of released performers. The list included Cedric Alexander, The Good Brothers – Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. Hall of Famer Paul Ellering, The Authors of Pain Isla Dawn , Giovanni Vinnci and Sonya Deville.
Dawn, the former Women’s Tag Team Champion took to announce that she was no longer with the company, stating:
From NXT UKs White Witch to Raws Bad Bitch đ
To⌠???
See you in 90 đď¸
Due to the surprising and shocking announcement of the post, it captured a huge audience. Following the shocking news, the inaugural Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Lyra Valkyeria reposted Dawn’s initial message saying”
Good Riddance đ
We’re finally free. Unfortunately she’s indestructible and i don’t think after coming all the way from hell she’ll stop here.
Good luck to the next locker room, you’ll always know when she’s in the room.. or even the building…you’ll hear her before you see her.
What Was The Reason Behind The Latest WWE Releases?
In a follow-up report via Fightful Select, Sapp provided some insight into the latest WWE releases and what could be next for some of the stars affected.
Davenport, better known to some as Bea Priestley from her time in AEW, New Japan and STARDOM, is said to have interest from multiple companies across the globe. There were reportedly no creative plans for her following her main roster call-up as part of the 2024 WWE Draft.
Alexanderâs future also appears to be bright as sources in AEW believe that several of The Hurt Syndicate will push for him to join the company. He was part of The Hurt Business in WWE alongside now-Hurt Syndicate members Bobby Lashley, MVP and Shelton Benjamin.
Most interestingly, it was reported that AOP had heat when they re-signed with WWE back in 2022 due to âoutside projectsâ that some wrestling figures invested into and didnât see a return on. One WWE source stated this may have been why they were paired with Karrion Kross, whoâs generally well-liked.
AOP reportedly insisted on their long-time manager Paul Ellering returning to the company with them upon their re-signing. However, there were no creative plans for the trio after The Final Testamentâs feud with The Wyatt Sicks ended back in December.
