New concept art depicting a planned mask for Alexa Bliss during her time appearing alongside ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt has been revealed.
Alexa Bliss and Bray Wyatt first became aligned in the summer of 2020, after Bliss was attacked by Wyatt’s alter-ego ‘The Fiend.’ While Bliss’ tag team partner Nikki Cross tried to keep her from Wyatt’s clutches, she eventually fell completely under his spell. Bliss used his ‘Sister Abigail’ finishing move in matches and was by his side during his feud with Randy Orton.
As Orton beat The Fiend at WrestleMania 37, Bliss and Wyatt appeared to go their separate ways. Bliss distracted Wyatt during the match before saying on RAW the following night that she no longer needed The Fiend. On the same episode, Wyatt said in a FireFly Funhouse segment that he needed a fresh start. This was to be Wyatt’s final appearance on WWE television.
During the partnership Bliss changed her look, move-set and later received new music. The former Raw Women’s Champion retained this persona right up until disappearing from WWE television at Extreme Rules in September.
However it has now been revealed that plans for Bliss’ character transformation originally called for her to wear a mask. Posting on Twitter, renowned tattoo artist Kyle A. Scarborough shared designs for a mask/make-up combo which would have been worn by Bliss during her run with Wyatt.

After Bray Wyatt’s final WWE appearance in April, Bliss went on to feud with the likes of Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, Eva Marie and Charlotte Flair. After defeating Eva Marie at SummerSlam Bliss set her sights on the Raw Women’s Championship. This led to a clash with Flair at Extreme Rules which she would ultimately lose.
