AEW Superstar, Cody Rhodes, has officially filed to trademark the Nightmare Family logo as per a report from Fightful.
The label which can be seen on the side of his neck was actually trademarked way back in June, however, the most recent trademark has now been published for opposition on November 10.
The description for the filing read:

Cody has been using the logo for several years now and was brandished upon the hiring of The Gunn Club and Lee Johnson into The Nightmare Family.
Currently, Cody Rhodes is slated for a potential rivalry with basketball star, Shaq, on AEW television after the goliath challenged the former AEW TNT Champion via Jade Cargill this past Wednesday.
He lost the AEW TNT Championship to Darby Allin at AEW Full Gear on November 7.
