Cody Rhodes Teases Surprise Appearances At The Bad Blood PLE

Did Cody Rhodes Consider AEW Return Before Signing New WWE Contract?

Cody Rhodes teased multiple surprise appearances at the Bad Blood PLE in Atlanta later this year.

Last month, Rhodes partnered with Metro Boomin to promote the Bad Blood PLE in Atlanta. However, the duo stepped up their game with a second follow-up promo to their previous one.

As Metro and Rhodes replayed their buddy-cop chemistry, they teased a surprise for the fans. Recently, during an interview with Variety, Cody Rhodes opened up on Bad Blood being held in Atlanta, and the hip-hop influence there. He shared:

Atlanta has always influenced culture. We are still Badstreet USA. Morehouse College brought Metro to Atlanta at a young age and he’s carried the baton for Atlanta ever since. ‘Bad Blood’ could be the biggest Premium Live Event since WrestleMania and we have some surprises in store for the city.”

The American Nightmare teased more appearances from the hip-hop industry at the PLE. The Stamford-based promotion has a long history of collaboration with music artists in the past like Jelly Roll, Bad Bunny, MGK, and many more and it might continue at Bad Blood.

It is still unclear what Metro Boomin’s role will be at Bad Blood but fans can expect his involvement at the event based on his comments.
