Cody Rhodes Refuses To Help WWE SmackDown Star In Desperate Moment

Cody Rhodes Admits Wanting To Change WWE Theme Song, Explains Why

Cody Rhodes has refused to help this desperate WWE SmackDown star in their time of need.

Earlier tonight, the July 18th episode of SmackDown began with Solo Sikoa and his MFT involved in a car crash. Later in the show, Sikoa was exposed as the man behind the crash, an act later labeled as fraudulent.

As the police arrested the former Tribal Chief and took him backstage, Solo Sikoa shared a chance encounter with The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes and asked him for help.

Hey Cod! Help me out.”

However, not forgetting their past animosity and how Sikoa was the one who cost Rhodes his World title at WrestleMania 39, the former Champion decided to ignore his pleas and walk away from the scenario. Rhodes is known for his compassionate nature, proven early when he joined hands with Roman Reigns and also forged a friendship with The Rock.

However, tonight’s act toward Sikoa might portray the heavily rumored upcoming heel turn for Rhodes, who could soon join the darker side at SummerSlam 2025.

Cody Rhodes Has Opened Up On His WWE WrestleMania 41 Criticisms

At WrestleMania 41, John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes to win his 17th World title in a heavily criticized match. Receiving several negative reviews from multiple personalities, Rhodes earlier this month appeared on Busted Open, and responded to the criticisms.

“SummerSlam, I don’t wanna go as far as making any promises, but I can tell you the goal with SummerSlam is if people felt a certain way about WrestleMania, I will put that all on my back and take all the credit and responsibility for perhaps not feeling satisfied. I’d like to get ‘em to the finish line with SummerSlam. Very much looking forward to doing this dance again.”
