Cody Rhodes’ First Student Set For AEW Dark Match

Recent Nightmare Factory graduate Brooke Havok is set to make her All Elite Wrestling debut on this week’s edition of AEW Dark.

Havok, whom had previously been used on AEW television as Britt Baker’s ‘intern’, will be facing the dangerous Dentist on the promotion’s weekly YouTube show.

The Nightmare Factory have began working with a second group of trainees, having recently presented their online showcase for their inaugural class.

During the showcase, Havok teamed with Kat Spencer to defeat the team of Babie and Audina Davinity.

Cody Rhodes, whom co-owns the training facility alongside AEW wrestler QT Marshall, was hugely complimentary of Havok in a Twitter post responding to the match announcement:

She will however face a stern test in the form of Dr. Baker, who herself is gearing up for a clash against Thunder Rosa at February’s Beach Break, a special edition of Dynamite.

Replying to Rhodes’ post, Baker replied with an ominous warning for the rookie grappler:

AEW Dark airs for free on YouTube each week and features a blend of signed and unsigned talent.

The program has proven to be fertile ground for AEW recruiters, with the likes of Will Hobbs, Serpentico and The Acclaimed all having been signed as a result of their respective appearances.
