Cody Rhodes Confirms Negative One Is The Leader Of The Dark Order

Cody Rhodes has apparently ended speculation about anyone joining AEW and leading The Dark Order, confirming that the group already has a leader.

The Dark Order is one of All Elite Wrestling’s original factions with Evil Uno and Stu Grayson making their presence known early on in the company often accompanied by their dreaded creepers. As the group began to grow they added Alex Reynolds and John Silver who had previously worked as enhancement talent for the company.

The group changed forever on the March 18th edition of Dynamite when Brodie Lee made his All Elite Wrestling debut as ‘The Exalted One’ and leader of the group. The group’s ranks were then to swell once more as Lee added Alan ‘5’ Angels and the impressive Preston ’10’ Vance. Colt Cabana was next on the recruitment list and seemed an unwitting member shielded from their most devious acts. The first woman joined The Dark Order in July 2020 as Anna Jay became ’99.’

The Dark Order and All Elite Wrestling changed forever on December 26th, 2020. On what is the company’s darkest day, Mr. Brodie Lee passed away following a short illness. Lee’s son, Brodie Jr. has seen been christened ‘Negative One’ by the company and has accompanied The Dark Order in many of their appearances.

On social media, the man Brodie Lee decimated to become TNT Champion Cody Rhodes has now reaffirmed Negative One’s place at the helm of The Dark Order. Rhodes was responding to a fan questioning if either recently released WWE stars Braun Strowman or Aleister Black could join AEW to lead the group.

Rhodes wrote:

“Those guys are both bad asses – BUT Negative One is the leader of The Dark Order”

Dark Order’s breakout star John Silver has also had his say on another person leading the group, saying they already had the best leader they could ever have in Brodie Lee.
