CM Punk Makes First Public Appearance Since All Out Brawl

CM Punk

CM Punk has been pictured with a fan while out and about for the first time since his explosive appearance at the post-AEW All Out media scrum.

The night of September 4th was a mixed evening in the career of CM Punk. Early on the star competed in the main event of All Out in front of his adoring Chicago public. By the time the end of the bout came it was Punk who had his hand raised as he became a two-time AEW World Champion.

Not even an appearance by a returning MJF at the end of the show could take the shine off the win, instead leaving fans buzzing about another clash between the pair. However, in the hours after the match the wrestling world was flipped upside down.

Punk launched into a remarkable tirade at the post-show media scrum where he fired shots at Colt Cabana, Hangman Adam Page, the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, all while sat just feet from AEW President Tony Khan. These comments sparked a brawl backstage which resulted in a number of suspensions and two championships being vacated.

Since the incident CM Punk has kept a low profile but was recently snapped out and about with a fan while sporting a brace on his left arm.

In the days after All Out it was reported that Punk had sustained a serious triceps injury during his match with Jon Moxley which required surgery. The star has since gone under the knife to repair the damage and is expected to be out of the ring for around eight months.
