Nobody wants to “rush” to assumptions, but CM Punk may have given fans a hint as to where we may be seeing RUSH on future AEW programming.
On Monday, RUSH put his name on the dotted line for AEW as there was plenty of speculation as to where the former ROH World Champion would land. However, he made it a public affair as he shared a video of himself signing his new contract with Tony Khan. The video eventually got round to CM Punk and the Second City Saint ended up sharing it on his Instagram, including the term “Collider” in big letters.

Punk has been using the term to define the fanbase that tunes into AEW Collision every week, but using it with RUSH he at the very least is expressing his desire to see the star become a regular on the program. RUSH could fit right in with the crew on Saturdays as his old ally in Andrade El Idolo is establishing himself on the show.
CM Punk Is Helping AEW Collision Establish An Identity
CM Punk has been proactive at making Collision it’s own unique entity under the AEW banner. Weeks ago, he reportedly led a locker room meeting about how the show can make itself stand out on its own in comparison to AEW Dynamite.
Not only that, but Collision has had a core focus of certain stars on the AEW roster. Names like Ricky Starks, FTR, Miro and Scorpio Sky have seemed to find themselves almost exclusively on Saturday nights.
