CM Punk is headed to the UK!
A few days ago, an unfortunate update emerged regarding CM Punk’s European status. While previously CM Punk was announced to show up on the March 24th Raw in Glasgow and the following week’s Raw in London on March 31st, his schedule for Europe became questionable.
Instead, he was advertised for the March 17th Raw in Brussels, Belgium, and the March 21st SmackDown in Bologna, Italy. He was also announced for the March 28th SmackDown in London. Unfortunately, despite the advertisement, Punk did not appear on television during the March 17th Raw episode.
However, his fans in the UK now again have a chance to see The Second City Saint live. Posting on his Instagram stories, Punk shared a plethora of UK dates, signaling his scheduled appearances. The former champion is now reportedly set to appear on the March 22nd and 23rd Live house shows in Belfast and Nottingham.
He is then set to follow them up with his March 24th and March 31st appearances in Glasgow and London for Raw. Punk will then be in Vienna and Amsterdam on March 29th and 30th for house shows.
The former AEW Champion is also scheduled for a segment with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins on the March 21st episode of SmackDown.
Eric Bischoff Has Compared CM Punk In WWE Vs AEW
During a recent episode of the 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff opened up on CM Punk’s evolution from his time in AEW to his current status in WWE.
“My opinion of Punk went from neutral to shi**y to very impressive, and a lot of it had to do with that [Elimination Chamber] match that I just saw a little while ago. I wasn’t familiar with his character prior, because I didn’t watch [Punk], what I saw on AEW made me go, ‘Huh? I don’t know, guy looks like sh*t. I think I’m in better shape than he is right now.’ He seems tired and just doesn’t really seem too interested.”
In other news, WWE has announced more shows for the WrestleMania 41 week.
