Matt Hardy has claimed that the world will soon find out what the future holds for his brother Jeff Hardy, who is currently out of action due to addiction issues.
Jeff Hardy was arrested on June 13th after allegedly driving under the influence. According to Volusia County jail records, Hardy was charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.
It was later reported that Hardy had nearly four times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood at the time of his arrest. Jeff Hardy is currently undergoing treatment for alcoholism and was suspended from AEW in the wake of his arrest.
Now Matt Hardy has shed some light on both his and his brother’s future in AEW as he responded to a fan on social media who was sad not to be seeing Hardy on the All Out show, saying:
“It’s all good, @realcoachrosey. Tonight’s #AEWAllOut is gonna be an epic PPV. It’s a stacked @AEW
card. We’re getting close to learning my brother’s future, so I’ll be taking a definitive direction soon. I’m extremely excited to get on a path so I can haul & kick ass.”
