Fans can now go back and watch the first-ever episode of AEW Dynamite.
For years fans have been clamouring for a way to watch classic episodes of Dynamite, and now finally there’s been some movement. Several cable systems in the United States have listed the debut episode of the show on their on-demand service, and another episode is due to be added. It’s unclear whether this will be episode two or something more recent.
While this could be part of a longer-term strategy, there’s also the possibility that it was done to celebrate the 200th episode of Dynamite on August 2nd.
Tony Khan has spoken in recent days about his dream that AEW lands on Max, formerly HBO Max.
The first episode of AEW Dynamite aired on February 10th, 2019, and saw Chris Jericho team with Santana and Ortiz to defeat The Elite. Elsewhere, Cody Rhodes saw off Sammy Guevara and Riho beat Nyla Rose to become the first-ever Women’s Champion.
What’s Coming Up On AEW Dynamite?
AEW Dynamite episode 201 will see the in-ring debut of Rob Van Dam, while Hikaru Shida will make the first defence of the Women’s Title.
There will also be a meeting involving all members of the Jericho Appreciation Society at the behest of Matt Menard, and Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli are set to clash with the Lucha Bros.
