CJ Perry (formerly known as WWE’s Lana) is on fire after Julia Hart attempted to touch her husband Miro on AEW Dynamite!
During their time in WWE, Lana and her husband Miro (then known as Rusev) had their fair share of success, even making their WrestleMania 31 entrances accompanied by a tank for Rusev’s United States Championship match with John Cena.
Both have since moved on from the sports entertainment giant, and Miro has been under contract with AEW since becoming All Elite in September of 2020. Perry has yet to join him in AEW, but she’s been referenced numerous times, with Miro alluding to his “hot flexible wife.”
After being sprayed by Malakai Black’s dreaded mist, Miro took to self-reflection on a recent episode of AEW Dynamite. As he spoke about his turmoil, Julia Hart approached, touching Miro on the cheek and imploring him to give into his desires and join the House of Black the way she did.
Shortly thereafter, Miro’s wife responded to Julia Hart following her on social media, but the former Lana’s comments wouldn’t stop there. Speaking to Busted Open, CJ Perry detailed her reaction to the segment, making note of what she’d like to do to Hart in the process.
“Miro didn’t tell me until after it debuted. I was actually in Malibu, drinking a nice margarita. I’m not a jealous type of person, but I was furious. I wanted to literally show up and slap the shit out of her. Then, I went on Twitter, and all the fans are putting GIFs of me taking my earrings off. I popped so hard. The fans know me. My sister is like ‘calm down.’ ‘I’M FURIOUS! WHY DID SHE HAVE A BLAZER ON? I’M GONNA SLAP THE SHIT OUT OF HER!’ Hopefully, I get a chance to do that.
“She does all these cute pictures on Instagram and her vibe is very House of Black, then she shows up in a blazer. I will literally dropkick her in the face.”
Though she didn’t give any details, Perry admits that she’d love to work with her husband in AEW.
“I really can’t go into much of anything. I’d love to do something with Miro in AEW. We’ll see what happens.”
Speaking exclusively to Inside the Ropes’ Liam Alexander-Stewart, CJ Perry recently commented on her interactions with Vince McMahon amidst allegations of the former CEO engaging in sexual misconduct.
