After shocking the world by signing with All Elite Wrestling at Revolution, Christian Cage will make his in-ring debut for AEW on next week’s Dynamite.
The veteran who vowed to “outwork everyone” upon his arrival into All Elite Wrestling made a beeline for AEW Champion Kenny Omega almost instantly, but there will be no instant title shot for Captain Charisma as his first Elite opponent will be Frankie Kazarian!
The tension was palpable as both men met backstage during this week’s Dynamite, and Frankie Kazarian asked Christian Cage, “When does the work begin?” Only to get confirmation that he’ll find out first-hand in one week.

Ahead of his signing with All Elite Wrestling, Christian Cage was the recipient of high praise from former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley in an exclusive interview with Inside The Ropes.
“I’ll tell you, he’s one of the guys that’s – the wrestlers know it more so than anybody – Christian is so good. Like, his brain and his execution, and his mind for wrestling is just like next-level.”
Christian Cage and Frankie Kazarian are two of the most well-traveled performers in AEW, and the veterans are no strangers to one another, having previously met in IMPACT Wrestling over a decade ago. However, with Christian returning to singles action in an official match for the first time since 2014, this one promises to be must-see.
Will Christian Cage be able to “outwork” SoCal Uncensored’s Frankie Kazarian and get his AEW career off to a winning start? You can find out by watching AEW Dynamite next week on TNT in the United States, or Fite TV worldwide.
