Christian Cage Names His Mount Rushmore Of Canadian Wrestling

Christian Cage

AEW star Christian Cage has revealed the wrestlers he would add to a Canadian wrestling Mount Rushmore.

Speaking to ET Canada, Christian named wrestling legends Bret and Owen Hart, his best friend and former tag team partner Edge, and WWE Hall of Famer and multi-time WWE Women’s Champion Trish Stratus as the four stars he would have immortalised in stone.

“OK, so man… Bret Hart has to be up there, obviously, I would put Edge on that. I think we can put Trish Stratus on there. She’s a Canadian icon as far as wrestling goes. Then last I’m going to put Owen Hart on there just because I love him… I think other people would expect me to put myself on there.”

Christian Cage returned to the ring at the 2021 Royal Rumble after being unable to compete for seven years, having been forced to retire in 2014 due to concussion-related issues. He then shocked the wrestling world when he signed for All Elite Wrestling live on air at their Revolution PPV on March 7th. Since then, he competed in his debut match for the promotion on the March 31st edition of Dynamite when he picked up a victory against Frankie Kazarian.
