Chris Jericho’s Reported Opponent For AEW All In

Chris Jericho reportedly has an opponent many wouldn’t expect for All In.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, Chris Jericho may squaring off against the IWGP United States Champion Will Ospreay.

Many fans have believed that All In would be the perfect venue to hold the rubber match between Ospreay and Kenny Omega, however Fightful’s sources in NJPW received word earlier this month that Jericho is slated to lock up with Will instead. The report did confirm that Ospreay is a part of the the plans for All In at Wembley Stadium.

Don Callis is slated to be involved as well. The Invisible Hand has had his ties to both Ospreay and Jericho. He accompanied Ospreay to the ring for his Forbidden Door bout against Omega and now for weeks has been trying to cozy up against Jericho too. Whatever the result of the bout, Jericho will have at least one thing in his favour: his heavy metal band Fozzy will be playing him to the ring at All In.

Recently Chris Jericho responded to fans’ claims of WWE’s pettiness over excluding Jericho’s segment with Bob Barker in a tribute to the late gameshow host on Raw.

Chris Jericho Continues An Unprecedented Legacy

With Will Ospreay being another potential name slated to face The Ocho, Jericho adds to his impressive catalogue of stars he’s faced in the squared circle over his storied career. From Hulk Hogan to Ricky Steamboat to Steve Austin and The Rock, Jericho has basically gone up against any modern WWE Hall Of Famer you can think of – with a few exceptions.

Two big notable names that eluded Jericho were Bret Hart and Macho Man Randy Savage. On a recent episode of Talk Is Jericho, Y2J said how he was specifically listed to not face Savage or Hart while he was in WCW.

In recent news, Will Ospreay expressed his desires for a potential dream tag match.
