Just hours before AEW All In, Chris Jericho and Swerve Strickland rocked London with their energized performance.
Jericho is arguably one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time, however, the current FTW champion is also a recognized musician. Jericho has enjoyed an illustrated music career, particularly as the lead vocalist for his band, Fozzy.
Tony Khan’s roster is in London for All In and Jericho promised the fans a special show titled ‘All In All Night London’ ahead of the PPV at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town.
Before, Jericho and Stickland enter the ring for their title defenses at All In, both the stalwarts decided to rock the stage with their cover of a widely popular 90s anthem, ‘Race Against The Machine’. The video was posted on Fozzy’s Instagram, capturing the London crowd going crazy.
The current champions presented a sold-out show in Kentish Town, and hope to please more fans on August 25th at the Wembley Stadium.
Chris Jericho Addresses His Current AEW “Heat”
Speaking with Scott Fishman of TV Insider, Chris Jericho opened up on receiving heat in his current promotion. Jericho opened up on his “go-away heat” and how fans are angry with him being a star in 2024.
I think one of the reasons is I’ve never been hurt. I’ve been here since Day one and on all the shows by necessity. Not because I demand TV time. My boss wants to put me on the show and do these segments and draw the ratings I draw. I’d say 80 percent of the time or more ratings go up when I’m on TV. That’s another misconception that I have this go-away heat.”
As fans hope to see the former WWE superstar retire soon, Chris Jericho earlier made his intentions clear.
