Not content with being ROH World Champion, Chris Jericho has declared war on the promotion and everything it stands for!

The September 28th episode of AEW Dynamite opened with a special Jericho Appreciation Society celebration.

Fresh off the back of his ROH World Title victory at Dynamite Grand Slam, Chris Jericho declared that he was the greatest, and most visible Ring of Honor World Champion in history. However, the celebration didn’t last too long.

The get together was interrupted by Bryan Danielson just as Daniel Garcia appeared to be about to announce his exit from the group. This eventually set up a match between Danielson and Daddy Magic after more tension between Garcia and Jericho.

In the main event of the show Jericho defeated former World Champion Bandido, but it was his conduct after the bell that has caught the attention of fans.

Jericho vowed to destroy Ring of Honor and it’s legacy before declaring that he was going to take out every great ROH World Champion that came before him, starting with Bryan Danielson. At this he challenged Danielson to a match on the October 12th episode of Dynamite.

However, Jericho wasn’t quite done. He said that he was going to destroy every AEW commentator and announcer, dropping Bobby Cruise with the Judas Effect.
