Chase U Member Turns Heel On WWE NXT No Mercy

WWE Chase U

Chase U lost their tag-team championships at WWE NXT No Mercy, as a popular member turned heel against the stable.

The opening match of the No Mercy event saw Andre Chase and Ridge Holland of Chase U defend their tag titles against former champions Nathan Frazer, and Axiom. After an 18-minute long close-call match between the two teams, Frazer and Axiom came out successful.

However, as a fallen Chase U soaked in their loss, fans witnessed Ridge Holland turn on his teammates. A few months ago, Ridge Holland had almost quit wrestling, but later found solace in the stable, and won tag-titles gold with them later.

Unable to digest the loss, the former Brawling Brutes member offered the same treatment he gave Pete Dunne last year when he quit The Brawling Brutes. As Thea Hail watched in horror, Holland continued his terror and laid out Chase unconscious with a DDT on the announcer’s table.

NXT fans will now have to wait and see what unfolds next for the English wrestler.

TNA Star Creates History On WWE NXT No Mercy

In the second match of the night, Wes Lee faced his old friend Zachary Wentz in a very personal feud. The two engaged in a heated battle against each other, where Zachary came out victorious after interference from Trey Miguel.

Despite the victory, Zachary Wentz also created history as the first TNA X-Division Champion to appear on WWE programming.
