Since returning to WWE following a six-month hiatus at WWE TLC Charlotte Flair has been embroiled in a feud with her father the legendary Ric Flair and his new on-screen partner Lacey Evans.

Evans revealed that she was pregnant on the February 15th episode of Monday Night RAW, and along with Ric the pair haven’t been seen on WWE television since.

Charlotte meanwhile, detailed in a recent interview how the storyline has helped her grow and develop as a performer.

Speaking to the Shelbyville News, the multi-time WWE Women’s Champion reflected on her recent appearance on Funky Brewster alongside Alexa Bliss and recent storyline’s in WWE.

Flair’s real-life fiancé Andrade has been absent from WWE for a number of months and Charlotte revealed that she has actually pitched a storyline where the couple would work together.

“I’ve actually pitched that. I would be very much open to that. I’ve done a lot in my career, but nobody has seen me in an on-cam relationship, or in that light. I can come across cold on TV.”

One of the other major talking points from RAW in recent weeks has been the iminent arrival on the red brand of former NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley. Flair already has history with Ripley as the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble winner defeated the Aussie star at WrestleMania 36 for the NXT Women’s Championship.

When asked about her former rival joining her on RAW, Flair said that she believed she was ready, describing her as “awesome.”

“She’s ready. She’s awesome and knows she is. Her vignettes are great, and when it’s time for her to make that impact, it’s going to be awesome.”

Looking ahead to WrestleMania 37, Flair commented on the “immense amount of pressure” on Bianca Belair going into her match with SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks, before talking up her own goals for “The Grandest Stage Of Them All.”

“My dream scenario is just stealing the show. It’s WrestleMania. My favorite show of the year. No matter who it’s against.”

Andrade was last seen on RAW in a losing effort to Angel Garza on the October 12th 2020. Meanwhile, Charlotte has been an ever-present since her most recent return, defeating Shayna Baszler on the March 1st 2021 episode of the show.
