Charlotte Flair Helping NXT’s Tiffany Stratton Behind-The-Scenes

Charlotte Flair Helping NXT's Tiffany Stratton Behind-The-Scences

NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton recently spoke about how Charlotte Flair has helped her further her career in WWE.

Stratton, the current NXT Women’s Champion, recently opened up about her career and future plans in an interview with TV Insider. One of her aspirations is to transition to Hollywood. However, she credited Charlotte Flair, a prominent figure on the main roster, for providing invaluable support and guidance throughout her journey.

Stratton expressed her gratitude towards Flair, stating that she has been a tremendous help, especially during times of self-doubt. Despite her relatively short time in the wrestling industry, having signed with WWE in August 2021, Stratton has already made a significant impact. Stratton had this to say about Flair:

Charlotte reminds me I’m doing everything right. That I’m so young and it’s okay to make mistakes and learn from them. I made mistakes already being a champion. But I learn from them right away. I’m so new to this. I’m so young and will grow with the title to hopefully be one of the best champions NXT has ever seen.

Stratton made her NXT debut on December 28, 2021, following her appearance on 205 Live. Stratton won the vacant NXT Women’s Championship on May 28th at NXT Battleground against Lyra Valkyria, Stratton has successfully defended her title twice, both times against Thea Hail from Chase U.

Hail will once again challenge Stratton for the championship at the upcoming premium live event, The Great American Bash on July 30.

What Is Charlotte Flair Doing Next?

Charlotte Flair is currently set for a triple-threat title match against Bianca Belair and current Women’s Champion Asuka at SummerSlam on August 5th. Flair recently beat Women’s Money in the Bank holder Iyo Sky on the July 27th SmackDown.

If Flair is able to win the championship at SummerSlam, it would mark her 15th world title reign, a record that is agonisingly close to her father Ric Flair’s 16-time world championship win.
