Carmella returned to WWE Friday Night SmackDown in a backstage segment and declared that she is ready to make her in-ring return next week.
The star, who hasn’t been seen since the beginning of October where she was revealed as the blue brand’s mystery woman, appeared in a vignette and spoke about returning to action:
“There’s a difference between who the world wants you to be and who you really are. So who am I? I’m the one who calls the shots and gives the orders. I’m the one who makes her own rules. I’m the one who’s willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead, because no matter what I will always win. So next week on Friday Night SmackDown, the entire world will know why I’m untouchable”.
The former SmackDown Women’s Champion last competed on the blue brand in a winning effort against Mandy Rose where she qualified for the 2020 Money In The Bank match. This was her last competitive performance before disappearing from television.
Carmella returned to WWE months later in several mysterious backstage promos where she was finally revealed to be SmackDown’s mystery women.
It is unknown who Carmella will face next Friday or if the match will be a Survivor Series qualifier for Team SmackDown which is a possibility.
