We now know when Candice LeRae will next compete inside a WWE ring and who her opponent will be!
On the September 26th episode of Monday Night Raw, Candice LeRae put speculation about her future to rest when she made a surprise return to Raw and defeated Nikki ASH in quick order, showing that she hasn’t lost a step in the ring.
Later on in the episode, Asuka was celebrating her birthday backstage with Alexa Bliss and Bianca Belair when LeRae entered the scene to say hello. She then said that she hopes Bianca shuts Bayley up during their ladder match at Extreme Rules, and the Raw Women’s Champion responded by congratulating the Poison Pixie on her WWE return and victory.
However, the members of Damage CTRL soon interrupted, and Bayley said that compliments were just jealousy in disguise. Candice LeRae clapped back, saying that bullies were just cowards in disguise, a remark than angered the Damage CTRL members.
Bayley said that Candice LeRae was acting quite confident after only one victory, but that the group could change that, and Dakota Kai interjected by pointing out that the Role Model has Extreme Rules to worry about. LeRae pointed out that while that may be true, the same isn’t true for Dakota Kai herself. Bayley said that Candice is new and that her group is in control, and said that if she wants to face Dakota, it will have to wait until next week, indicating that the two are set to clash on October 3rd in St. Paul, MN.
The Role Model also took to social media after the show, saying that the group has been waiting on Candice LeRae’s arrival to the red brand.
“Hi, @CandiceLeRae. We’ve been waiting for you. #WWERaw”
