Bryan Danielson is set to make his AEW in-ring debut next week at Dynamite: Grand Slam when he takes on Kenny Omega in what many consider a singles dream match!
During the latest edition of AEW Dynamite, Danielson confronted Omega to lay down the gauntlet to face the ‘Best Bout Machine’ one-on-one in his in-ring debut – noting he was not interested in challenging for the AEW World Championship. Don Callis initially rejected the former WWE Champion’s offer but after much goading from Bryan, Omega accepted.
The non-title singles match joins several matches revealed for next week’s Dynamite and Rampage shows at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York featuring the largest crowd in AEW history – with over 18,000 fans currently set to attend.
