On the July 31st episode of Dynamite, Bryan Danielson shared a major update on his contract with Tony Khan’s promotion.
As per reports and Danielson himself, his contract is scheduled to expire on August 1st, 2024. After three years at Tony Khan’s promotion, Danielson is yet to win a major Championship. However, things might take a turn when he faces Swerve Strickland at All In 2024.
Surprisingly, on tonight’s Dynamite episode The American Dragon shared a major career update. Bryan Danielson announced a ‘title vs career’ match against Stickland in London on August 25th.
I promise if I don’t win the AEW World Championship, I will never wrestle again.”
With already promises made to his family about never signing another full-time wrestling contract, Danielson leveled up the stakes as he put his entire career on the line. With his career on the line, Danielson has to give his all and avoid retirement. The wrestling veteran now has a final chance to win the World Championship and save his career.

In an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Swerve Strickland opened up on Bryan Danielson. He shared:
