All Elite Wrestling’s Bryan Danielson has claimed that he is the master of world domination.
Danielson, who returned to AEW television recently after a spell out with a broken arm, made the outlandish claim during a recent discussion with Powerhouse Hobbs on the Power Hour.
The former WWE Champion was, infact, discussing his favourite board games and made the bold claims about his talents at popular game Risk:
“I am a master of world domination.
Even when I don’t intent to dominate the world, I just end up doing it, which is how I’m here in front of all of you today and why any of you would care to even listen to this podcast or me on any podcast, is because I’ve mastered world domination without trying.
That’s how good I am at Risk. Risk has taught those valuable life lessons as far as how important Madagascar is in the world of dominating things.”
Danielson recently admitted that his time as a professional wrestler is winding down and he plans to embark on a series of dream matches before he hangs up his boots, beginning with a huge bout against Zack Sabre Jr. at AEW WrestleDream on October 1st in Seattle, Washington.
Tony Khan has declared that the new event will serve as a tribute to the founder of New Japan Pro Wrestling, Antonio Inoki.
Is Bryan Danielson The Only Wrestler To Enjoy Games?
Danielson’s love of board games is now well documented, but he is far from the first professional wrestler to list gaming of some fashion as a favoured activity outside of the squared circle.
Xavier Woods famously fronts his own video gaming YouTube channel ‘UpUpDownDown’, which regularly features appearances from fellow WWE Superstars.
Former WWE Womens Champion ‘Rowdy’ Ronda Rousey, known for her gaming adventures on ‘Baddest Stream On The Planet’, was announced last year as a playable character in mobile game RAID: Shadow Legends.
