With Bryan Danielson making his AEW debut at All Out, he has now addressed if he’s looking to make it a family affair by bringing his wife Brie Bella to the company.
Bryan Danielson shocked the wrestling world and especially The Elite – when he made his All Elite Wrestling debut at the end of the All Out pay-per-view. In the main event, Kenny Omega defeated Christian Cage to retain his AEW World Title but the news for the night was just beginning.
As Omega and his comrades in The Elite continued to beat up Cage, Jurassic Express appeared to make the save. However the numbers were still too much and as The Elite stood tall, Omega bemoaned the fact that there was nobody to challenge him. This brought out a debuting Adam Cole who shocked the Chicago audience as he confronted his former Bullet Club teammates. With Cole looking set to go toe to toe with Omega, he then kicked Jungle Boy in the head, aligning with The Elite once again.
With The Elite standing tall, the Ride Of The Valkyries introduction hit, and Bryan Danielson made his own debut in AEW as the crowd raised the roof of the NOW Arena. Danielson joined Jurassic Express and Cage and soon sent The Elite packing after Danielson delivered a nasty running knee to Nick Jackson.
At the post-show media scrum, Danielson was asked about the possibility of his WWE Hall Of Famer wife Brie Bella joining him in AEW, but Danielson says such a move would be difficult:
“So I mean, that would be very difficult, like, it was hard for me to come here, right? Because we have so many ties within WWE. She’s happy there, she has so many business connections there, so I don’t know.”
Brie Bella and her sister Nikki were inducted into the delayed Class of 2020 of the WWE Hall Of Fame earlier this year. Earlier reports had suggested that the sisters could be set for a comeback to the ring this autumn.
